Why ASK? Asking questions is the most powerful tool to improvement, understanding, and tone setting within teams. ASK also happen to be my initials. We will explore multiple avenues to help you meet your goals, become “unstuck,” overcome that next obstacle, and reconnect with the rewarding aspects of your career.

After 20 years in academic medicine and multiple leadership positions, I gained perspective, experience, and more than a few grey hairs. My insight into complex organizations and the individuals that comprise them fascinated me and challenged me to learn more. I completed 125 hours of training and became certified as a coach with the International Coaching Federation to help me better support aspiring leaders as well as experienced leaders.
